However, if you wish to make a formal complaint, you can send your complaint via email or post at any time. Rest assured that making a formal complaint will not change how we handle your claim

Our policy is to handle any complaint our clients make thoughtfully, with detail and speed. To aid in this, we ask you to give us as much information as possible, and any guidance on how to resolve the problem. Once we have processed your complaint, we will reach out to you with our findings and state our apology. Furthermore, we will adjust our policies to reflect what we have learnt from your complaint
