A soft credit check will be undertaken by Valid8 IP Ltd for the purposes of a soft credit search with one or more credit reference bureaus. This will not leave a mark on your credit file but will provide us with details of vehicle finance agreements you have had in the last six years.
• If you are making a claim for mis-sold motor finance, Goldbridge Legal will perform a soft credit search. You consent to us sharing your Title, Name, Date of Birth and Addresses with Valid8 IP Ltd for the purposes of obtaining your credit reporting and verifying your eligibility to claim.
